So far our journey has been inspired by the warm and sincere feedback of the peace champions among our family, friends and well-wishers.
Our Launch Event
On the 4th of February, 2023, we officially launched the Tyrese Caesar Foundation Against Gun Violence.
Inaugural 5K - 2023
In June of 2023 we joined forces with scores of like-minded Barbadians determined to show their will to stand against gun violence.
Inaugural Dinner - 2023
Our inaugural charity dinner, under the theme "Peace Amidst the Blue" was held to coincide with the International Day of Peace and was our last fundraising event for the year.
Inaugural Prayer Breakfast - 2023
Prayer warriors gathered at the Divi Southwinds Hotel to pray for the island, promote peace and break the cycle of violence.
5K WALK - 2024
The second staging of the 5K showed us that the need to end gun violence was resonating with a wide cross-section of Barbadians.
Annual Dinner - 2024
We enjoyed an evening of peace, elegance, fine dining and fun at our 2024 Charity Dinner, held under the theme "Let's Glow Together for Peace".
Prayer Breakfast - 2024
Prayer and Fellowship under the theme "A Vision for Peace" at the Accra Beach Hotel.
5K Walk - 2025
For the third annual 5K walk, we also saw strong community support and interaction.
Annual Dinner - 2025
We are grateful for those who came out to help us create a "Fanfare for Peace" at our annual Dinner.
Prayer Breakfast - 2025
Strength and fellowship were plentiful when we got together to break bread, share experiences and give thanks for the strength to carry on.
Botham Jean Foundation
We connected with a sister organisation in St Lucia, where gun violence took another young life.
